Design Contract: Once we have explored your garden wishes, we formalize our commitment with a design contract. This agreement ensures transparency and sets the stage for the creative journey ahead.
Preliminary Design: Our skilled landscape designer gets to work, crafting a Preliminary Design that captures the essence of your vision. This initial concept serves as the foundation for the entire project.
Master Plan Creation: When you approve the Preliminary Design, we dive deeper. Our landscape designer produces a comprehensive Master Plan, which includes: (a) Hardscape Plan: A detailed layout of pathways, patios, decks, and other structural elements; (b) Softscape Plan: Plant selections, garden beds, and greenery arrangements; (c) Dimensions: Accurate measurements to ensure precision during implementation; and (d) 3D Visualization: We often provide a 3D rendering to help you visualize the end result.
Collaboration and Review: We sit down with you to review the Master Plan. Your feedback is invaluable, and we make any necessary adjustments to ensure alignment with your vision.

Landscape Design Costs
At KT Landscape Design, we understand that every outdoor project is unique. Our landscape design fees are tailored to the specific needs of each client. Here is how it works:
Free Initial Consultation: During our first visit, we assess the project's scope, discuss your vision, and gather essential information. Based on this, we provide a fixed design fee for the entire project.
Preliminary Design: The Preliminary Design phase is a crucial step in shaping your outdoor space. It includes conceptual sketches, layout planning, and initial material recommendations. This stage accounts for 50% of the total design fee.
Master Plan: Once the preliminary design is approved, we create a comprehensive Master Plan. This detailed blueprint covers all aspects, from plant selections to hardscaping elements. The Master Plan also contributes 50% of the total design fee.
Technical Drawings (if needed): In some cases, additional technical drawings (such as irrigation plans or lighting layouts) may be necessary. These are billed separately on an hourly basis.
